Phase one done; time for a break

Whew. Can't believe a whole month has flown by. Been moving at the speed of light in a dozen different directions. As far as the first novel, the first month and first phase of promotion are winding down. Been a good one! Especially since I really have no idea what I'm doing. Figuring it out as I go.

First month of promotion has yielded pretty good results, above my expectations. In one month:
--over 1600 (mostly free) downloads
--a dozen print copies sold
--two great professional reviews, 8 great reader reviews.
--229 times added on "to read" lists on Goodreads
--800 signed up on Goodreads for 25 free print copies
--ads on Facebook, Amazon, and Goodreads have reached nearly 6000
--final print copies proofed and ready

On top of that working full time day job and taking care full time of my 12-year-old daughter.

Time for a short break! Going off the grid for a few days, then come back clear headed and strong for second half of Fall and Phase Two of "Don't Go, Ramanya". A big $0.99 sale coming up (no more freebies). More reviews coming in, more contest results. Finish second draft of next novel. Finish a new short story...

Already worn out thinking about it...
